Have Questions? Of Course You Do. Here’s A Quick Q & A.

  • When is payment due?

Payment for all photography is required at the time of the shoot. May also prepay.
  • What types of payment do you accept?

Torben Photography accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
  • Do you offer refunds?

Your satisfaction is important to JT. If you are unhappy, an opportunity to address your concerns is requested.

If your concerns cannot be resolved to your satisfaction a refund will be provided promptly.  License to use provided digital images will expire at that time and prints must be returned.

  • How are images licensed?

Ownership and copyright of all images are held by Torben Photography llc.

Images taken for the purpose of marketing a property for sale are granted a license to the purchaser for the duration of the listing only. On expiration of the listing the license to use expires. No other uses are permitted without prior approval from Torben Photography llc.

Ownership and copyright of all other images (e.g. Ride-By and Product images) are held by Torben Photography.  These images come with a license for unrestricted use (reprints, posting online, marketing, etc.)

  • Do I need to be present at a real estate shoot?

For occupied homes, the owner or their representative (e.g. the real estate agent), must be present during the entire shoot.  Vacant properties do not require a presence.
  • What if I need more images than my package provides?

Additional digital images are available at $10 each.  Please let JT know at the time of shoot if additional images are desired.
  • How are images delivered?

Download of full resolution images is provided via secure download site.  Images may be requested via CD and are subject to shipping charges. Michigan sales tax applies to physical products with a Michigan delivery address.
  • Will you honor my request not to wear shoes in my home?

JT’s goal is to be respectful and cooperative with home owners. If asked to remove outdoor footwear, he either brings shoe covers or indoor-only slippers.  Full-enclosure footwear is a safety requirement and in both your interests.  He asks your understanding.

Thank You!
