Is Pro RE Photography ‘Really’ Important?

Earlier this month I was asked to bid on a commercial shoot. The broker was preparing to list a drugstore with a nearly $4,000,000 asking price. To help me appreciate the type of work they were looking for, they sent me a prospectus for a similar sale they had done.

As part of my bid-response, I edited the image to demonstrate what was possible—even with just a screen capture.

What Get’s Shot & Why

Many Real Estate Photography clients focus on quantity of pictures. Regardless the total number of pictures requested, there needs to be a rhyme or reason behind what shots are selected and why.

No matter your image count, you have a finite number of images to use fo maximum impact. 20 may be MLS-stuffing for a condo. But way-too-few for that 8K mansion.

High quality professional real estate photography makes your property stand out from the rest. Typical sales price increases more than pay for photography–across all tiers.

JT provides a Staging Checklist for your use. After all, it’s the ‘little things’ that can make or break a picture. Whether you hire Torben Photography, or shoot yourself, you need this checklist.
